Program and Case Manager
Alana Griffin, a Pittsburgh native, attended The University of Pittsburgh where she studied Information Technology. Alana has over 10 years of business, sales, and entrepreneurship experience. Her career has allowed her to reside in Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MO and most recently San Francisco, California.
After spending years away from home, she recently returned to Pittsburgh leaving her banking career behind to follow her passion for community activism and youth engagement. At YES, she is the Program manager for YES’ Pathways to Access Program and a Case manager for YES’ Learn and Earn summer program and Diversion 2000 Program. She brings a wealth of experience and management and entrepreneurship skills to the organization.
Outside of YES, Alana is the President for East Liberty Family Support’s Parent Council, Ambassador for Trying Together- Buzz Words, mom and foster mom, independent contractor for Tinkergarten, and a small business owner.
